Name: Mr. Donohue Grade: 5th Education: B.A. History from the University of Notre Dame I am honored to be joining the St. Michael’s staff for two years through the ACE program. The ACE program, based out of the University of Notre Dame, currently has 160 teachers placed in schools across the nation, with three here at St. Michael’s. The instructors and mentors of the program are some of the highest in the field of Catholic Education and hold very high expectations for their current teachers with whom we converse with very regularly. I hope to work hard in the classroom with my students in a curriculum centered on fulfilling the California Standards for 5th Grade across all subjects. By working with students as individuals, I hope to ensure that each is pushed to fulfill the promise within. In addition, I encourage parents and guardians to with their students encouraging and pushing them on reading for pleasure and completing homework.
